ABSTRACT: Acalypha chuniana H.G. Ye, Y.S. Ye, X.S. Qin & F.W. Xing sp. nova (Euphorbiaceae), a new species from Hainan Province, China, is described and illustrated. It is compared with the morphologically close A. siamensis.
